Your role
As a Registrar/Deputy Registrar/Registry Coordinator within a court registry, you will lead and support a team, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet operational requirements. The role may also involve undertaking quasi-judicial and procedural functions in accordance with legislative and departmental requirements.

The role is responsible for guiding and developing teams to meet statutory and administrative obligations while delivering high-quality services to clients.

Lead and inspire high-performing teams by fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, wellbeing, and continuous development, while promoting ethical behaviour and a safe, inclusive workplace.
Drive operational excellence and service improvement through the development and implementation of innovative strategies that enhance efficiency, support organisational change, and deliver quality outcomes.
Deliver client-focused court services by identifying and responding to the needs of diverse clients, ensuring services are accessible, responsive, and aligned with community expectations.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with the judiciary and key partners, to support collaboration, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee registry operations and compliance by ensuring statutory, financial, reporting, and administrative obligations are met, while effectively managing resources across jurisdictions as required.
Exercise sound judgment in quasi-judicial functions and lead through complexity and change, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
