We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our brand new Indooroopilly store.
This is more than a retail management role. It is an opportunity to lead a passionate team, build meaningful customer relationships and create a store environment where every Ripe mama feels seen, supported and styled with confidence.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, elevating the in-store experience and ensuring operational excellence, while fostering a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
· Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and budgets
· Build strong relationships with customers and grow store loyalty and VIP engagement
· Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards in line with brand direction
· Oversee stock management, deliveries and inventory control
· Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and administrative processes
· Create a warm, inclusive and professional store culture
About You
You are a natural leader who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves building both team capability and customer loyalty.
You will bring:
· Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor within fashion retail
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a small team
· Experience using Word, Excel (basic) and email
· A passion for styling and visual merchandising
· A positive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset
· A genuine warmth and ability to connect with customers

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

- Retail sales: 4 years (Preferred)
