Sales Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to play an integral role in managing the development of Wagners Cement business and increasing its market share. Based at Pinkenba, you will take responsibility for maintaining the existing customer base and securing new business, whilst developing awareness of Wagners Cement in the construction industry and government instrumentalities.
This role includes a car and involves travel 2 or 3 nights a fortnight to the Northern Rivers and Tamworth areas, and Southeast and Central West Queensland.
Other Key Responsibilities

Gather market intelligence on potential customers, opposition suppliers and industry trends

Monitor industry trends regarding products and logistics

Provide quotations to existing and potential customers and maintain quote registers

Organise and secure suitable cartage from internal or sub-contractor transport and liaise with allocations

Collaborate with our Accounts Receivable team regarding outstanding accounts and assist in recovery of debts
What you'll bring

Excellent track record in sales, with experience in the construction materials industry an advantage

High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and experience in building productive relationships to develop key accounts and generate sales

Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team

Flexibility, versatility and out-of-the-box thinking to thrive in a dynamic, ever changing environment, to meet and exceed expectations
