About the role:
As an Administrator working within our Kindergarten Inclusion Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of the KIS program across the Barwon South West region. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure Inclusion Support Additional Assistants (ISAAs) are well-supported and services run efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Support the recruitment of ISAA staff across the Barwon South West region
- Coordinate rosters, absences and backfill, ensuring program continuity
- Monitor and respond to enquiries through the KIS mailbox
- Liaise with kindergartens and childcare services regarding ISAA recruitment and placement
- Maintain program databases and accurate staff records
- Provide day-to-day support to ISAA staff
If successful in this role, you will need to obtain the following compliance documents:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
