Jts Hairstylists is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our professional salon team.
We are looking for a confident stylist who has strong technical skills, provides exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering high-quality hairdressing services.
Daily Duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Conducting client consultations
- Scheduling and rebooking clients
- Cutting, colouring and styling hair
- Straightening, perming and blow-drying
- Recommending appropriate take-home haircare products
- Recording and maintaining client service history
- Processing sales and payments through the POS system
- Maintaining a safe, clean and professional salon environment
- Attending meetings with management and other employees
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience as a qualified hairstylist
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling
- Experience with foiling, balayage, blondes and colour work
- Confidence with consultations and recommending suitable services and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
