About the Position
Study Universe Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Education Manager to lead and coordinate our educational programs and related operations.
Working across education and digital learning, the Education Manager will provide leadership in educational planning, program development, service delivery and continuous improvement. The role will also support the effective integration of technology-enabled learning tools and platforms, including SU Academy, into the organisation’s educational programs and services.
The position will play an important role in maintaining high standards of educational service delivery, strengthening operational effectiveness and ensuring programs remain responsive to evolving learner needs, industry developments and organisational objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coordinate the organisation’s educational programs, student support functions and associated administrative operations.
- Develop, implement and review educational policies, procedures, operational frameworks and service standards to support effective and consistent program delivery.
- Plan, develop and coordinate educational programs and services in consultation with education advisers, education providers and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, professional guidance and ongoing support to education advisers and support staff, including staff development, performance improvement and operational expectations.
- Evaluate educational programs and services, monitor outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maintain quality and effectiveness.
- Lead and support the integration of technology-enabled learning, including digital learning platforms and AI-enabled educational tools such as SU Academy, to enhance program delivery, learner engagement and accessibility.
- Monitor emerging education technologies, regulatory developments and trends within Australian and international education systems and recommend appropriate improvements to programs and service delivery.
- Identify the educational and professional development needs of staff and students and coordinate appropriate training, resources and support.
- Contribute to educational and operational planning, resource allocation and the development of new programs and service initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with universities, colleges, education providers and other relevant stakeholders to support program development and service improvement.
- Establish and monitor appropriate quality standards, administrative systems, program records and performance measures, and provide reports and recommendations to senior management on program performance, service quality and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Language Studies, Business/Management with an education focus, or another relevant discipline, together with relevant professional experience in education or educational program delivery.
2. Minimum three years’ relevant professional experience in education management, program coordination, educational leadership or a related field.
3. Demonstrated capability in planning, developing, coordinating and reviewing educational programs, policies and student support services.
4. Proven leadership and team-management skills, including staff guidance, development and performance support.
5. Sound knowledge of education systems, academic pathways, program development and student support practices.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of digital learning, EdTech and AI-enabled learning tools, with the ability to support their integration into educational programs and service delivery.
7. Strong organisational, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Attributes
- QEAC certification or relevant international education industry training.
- Experience in the Australian international education sector, working with diverse students, education providers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and CRM tools, including Google Analytics and HubSpot, to support student engagement, service evaluation and data-informed planning.
