About the role:
We’re looking for a
full-time, detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Kingston Laboratory. This is a great opportunity for someone with a reliable work history who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and supporting a technical team.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, generally
5:00am–1:00pm or 6:00am–2:00pm, with occasional earlier starts and Saturday work depending on operational requirements.
Overtime rates apply for additional hours worked.
$20–$27 per hour, depending on age and applicable Award Classification.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Processing laboratory documentation
- Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional Interaction with staff and clients in a blue collar setting
- Filing
- Providing general admin support to the laboratory team
This is a Permanent / Part-time role with holiday pay and sick pay. Following initial training, hours are around 24 hours per week.
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Stable Job History
- Strong attention to detail, fast & accuracy data entry
- Basic Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Teamwork and a willingness to support others in the lab environment
