What you'll do
As our National Manager - P&C (Employment & Businesses) you'll:
Partner with leaders to build engaged, capable and high-performing teams
Lead and develop a small business partnering team, driving service excellence and continuous improvement
Provide trusted advice on complex people matters and organisational challenges
Translate strategic workforce priorities into practical, business-focused outcomes
Support leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience leading People & Culture or Human Resources functions in a large organisation.
Standalone expertise across employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level
A values-led leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people and teams
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support people priorities and organisational outcomes
Bonus points for
- Experience within employment services, community services or vocational education.
