Your role as a team leader:
- Hedging, pruning, spraying weeds, blowing, mowing and edging (all aspects of garden maintenance).
- Working on ladders of all sizes.
- Manage and oversee your offsider.
- Taking job notes and filling out time sheets.
- Keep vehicle presentable and tools organised.
