About Us
Orange Line is an end-to-end, consulting-led digital marketing agency with a strong history of success across some of the world's most respected brands. We've grown considerably over the past few years and work with clients across the globe.
As a unique blend of agency and consultancy, we're not just about ticking boxes or executing tactics. Our clients bring us their challenges, and we dive in headfirst, delivering fast, effective solutions that drive profitable results.
We pride ourselves on having built something special when it comes to culture, and you'd join a tight-knit crew who genuinely love what we do. We value culture-add over culture-fit, with kindness, empathy, transparency, and dedication at the heart of everything. We offer a clear path for career progression, a fun social calendar, and a great work-life balance with our hybrid model.
What Are We Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Outreach Manager to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Outreach and Comms Lead, you'll work across link-building, digital PR, content and client management, a role that sits right at the intersection of SEO & GEO, and PR.
This is a dynamic, broad, hands-on role where you'll touch many parts of the digital PR and SEO & GEO ecosystem. You'll ramp up quickly, take ownership of campaigns and client relationships, and have 6 months to be ready to take on all your responsibilities, including managing a junior team member and owning this small business unit.
This role is intentionally flexible: you will be in charge of shaping it depending on commercial demands, your strengths and interests and the changing agency landscape. What matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to grow.
Why Work For Us?
You'll get to work on a diverse portfolio of clients in sectors including fintech, beauty, jewellery, pets, natural therapies and IT, both local and international players of various sizes.
Our digital game is way ahead of the curve, and we offer an environment for honing your skills and showcasing your achievements. The Outreach programs we have are unique and interesting, and you'll get to work with some of the most experienced digital marketers and SEO & GEOs in the country (and out of it).
We have a dynamic team of experienced players, a great culture, flexible work arrangements with 3 WFH days per week, and development programs that will allow you to be fast-tracked into an industry leader.
