Join our team as a Customer Support Officer, a permanent role for someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service at our Balcatta office.
You’ll coordinate and oversee a wide range of administrative activities, providing high-level support that keeps the team running smoothly. Working with autonomy and confidence, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer outcomes are delivered efficiently, professionally and on time.
About the role

Coordinate and support the reinstatement processes

Prepare and maintain accurate reports, performance data, and documentation to support business operations and decision-making.

Manage document control and record management processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Support the development and delivery of internal audit schedules and coordinate audit activities across the team.

Contribute to the planning, implementation, and coordination of customer support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to support customer-focused outcomes and process improvements.
