Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. This permanent part-time role would suit someone looking to utilise their experience in office administration, supporting a team, previous medical reception background and front facing customer service.
You will be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:

Previous medical administration experience in healthcare setting desirable.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Flexibility over 5 day week roster.
