About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and personable Client Liaison Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, commencing immediately. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the village office and acts as a key point of contact for residents, real estate agents, contractors and the Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will bring strong administrative and communication skills working in a retirement village or aged care industry, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a resident focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and general administrative functions
Assist real estate agents with the preparation and processing of unit sales paperwork
Act as the primary point of contact for resident communication and enquiries
Coordinate and track maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and shareholders
Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer
Maintain accurate records in line with village policies and regulatory requirements
Support the CEO with correspondence, scheduling and general office management
About You
Previous experience in a retirement village or aged care is highly regarded
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident liaising with residents, real estate agents, contractors and external stakeholders
Sound understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries in a retirement living community setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
A proactive, solutions focused approach with a genuine interest in supporting retirees
