What you'll be doing
Experienced Chef/Cook with 5+ years experience in a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an advantage. Key responsibilities include:
- preparing high-quality food, ensuring strict health and safety compliance.
- cooking and plating food according to recipes, portion size and quality standards.
- organizing workstations with necessary ingredients, cleaning, chopping, and preparing ingredients before service.
- Ensuring food safety, consistency, and freshness in every dish served.
