Bee Lady Nails is seeking an experienced and skilled Nail Technician to join our team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nail services, maintaining high standards of client care and hygiene, and delivering quality treatments suited to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulted with clients regarding their nail condition, treatment needs, preferred nail shapes, colours and designs, and recommended suitable nail services and aftercare.
- Performed professional manicures with e-file, specialised hand treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation and moisturising treatments.
- Applied, maintained and removed artificial nail enhancements, including gel, acrylic, extensions and overlays.
- Created decorative nail art and performed nail repairs, infills, rebalancing and corrective treatments for natural and artificial nails.
- Evaluated nail-care products and treatment techniques to determine their suitability, durability and safety for individual clients.
- Provided clients with professional advice on nail maintenance, home care, treatment intervals and suitable nail-care products.
- Sanitised and sterilised tools, disinfected treatment areas and followed salon hygiene, infection-control and workplace safety procedures.
- Received bookings, arranged appointments and maintained accurate client consultation and treatment records.
Requirements
- Confidence and demonstrated experience working with Japanese Gel systems.
- At least a relevant qualification in Nail Technology, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong manicure, e-file and nail preparation skills.
- Experience with gel, acrylic, nail extensions, overlays, infills and nail art.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and client consultation skills.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation and infection-control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $79,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
