We are looking for a Apprentice and Trainee Admin to join us at our head office in Victoria Park. As part of the Early Careers Team, we are close-knit and passionate about supporting the development of apprentices and trainees across the business. Our role involves partnering with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and managing a wide variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of shared inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Deliver high-level customer service to apprentices, trainees, internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor apprentice and trainee anniversaries, wage progression, and key contract milestones.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record management across Excel, Avature, and internal systems.
- Coordinate TAFE call-ups and maintain accurate training records.
- Prepare end-of-month reports, dashboards, and performance infographics.
- Maintain compliance records and support audit requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Advisors.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in managing end to end service delivery and training contract progression for volume apprentices.
- Strong administrative, data entry, document management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Previous experience of administering state and federal apprenticeship completion claims.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with apprentice or trainee programs, such as a network provider or ASSN, Training organisation, or similar position (desired, not essential)
