The Iconic and award winning Little Sparrow Melbourne Café is now taking applications for Baristas / Allrounders to be part of our Melbourne Emporium store.
Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand located in many states of Australia. We offer our specialty award winning roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes in conjunction with our fabulous pastries and handmade sandwiches.
The Role:
As a Café All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include
- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS
- Engaging with your team and customers alike
Skills & Experience:
- People's person with a positive , can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience in café ( 2 Years minimum )
- Must be able to make coffee in a very fast environment
What's on Offer:
We have numerous Casual positions. The store operates between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which may include weekends.

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour

Experience:
- Calibration Of Grinder: 2 years (Preferred)
- Barista: 3 years (Preferred)
