About the opportunity
Our Retail Operations team is at the centre of creating meaningful connections with customers and communities across Australia. We're seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to partner with the General Manager, Retail Operations South, providing high-level support that enables them to lead effectively and deliver exceptional outcomes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless coordination and success of the General Manager’s day-to-day operations. This role offers a salary of $108,110 inclusive of superannuation.

Manage the administrative functions including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements, etc

Bring extensive experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination and event planning.

Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while coordinating key meetings, conferences and business events.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying a high level of attention to detail and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Leverage your advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, to deliver efficient and professional support.
