The role encompasses all areas of customer service, order processing and dispatch.
- identifying customer needs and offering solutions
- quoting the customer
- order entry
- receipt of goods and invoice generation
The successful applicant will have the following skills.
- basic Microsoft office level at minimum
- great communication
- build relationships with customer and offer high customer service
- embroidery and heat press experience a bonus
No experience in safety or uniforms needed, just the drive to give the best customer experience.
For the right applicant we can tailor the work hours to allow school drop off and/or pick up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
