About the role:
Victoria Police are currently advertising an ongoing, full-time Executive Support/Project Officer position within the Business Support Division (BSD) of Prevention, Intelligence, Evidence, Data Insights (PIEDI).
The Executive Support/Project Officer will provide high-level administrative support to management within PIEDI, including coordinating correspondence, monitoring action item due dates, and supporting the secure and systematic flow of information. The role will also coordinate Divisional deliverables, such as workplace inspections and administrative projects. In addition, the position will provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes, and following up on actions arising from meetings.

Your duties will include:
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, appointments, travel, and transport arrangements.
- Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures.
- Routine administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and ordering office consumables.
- Perform other administrative functions as required.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high-level of proficiency in the use if Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to respond to changing priorities and time-sensitive milestones.
- A firm understanding of information security protocols.
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
Further Information:
- One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
