We're looking for a commercially minded Venue Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship Sunshine Coast venues.
This is more than hospitality management.
It's an opportunity to run a business within a business.
You'll have real influence over revenue, profitability, labour performance, guest experience, culture, marketing initiatives and operational excellence. You'll be empowered to make decisions, improve performance and leave your mark on the venue.
What You'll Own
- Overall venue performance
- Revenue growth and profitability
- Labour cost management and rostering efficiency
- Stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships
- Team recruitment, coaching and development
- Guest experience and service standards
- Financial reporting and KPI analysis
- Marketing and local area initiatives
- Continuous improvement projects
- Venue presentation and brand standards

- Revenue targets consistently achieved or exceeded
- Labour and cost of goods maintained within budget
- Outstanding guest satisfaction
- Highly engaged, well-trained team members

Who You Are

You're equally comfortable leading a busy Friday night service, analysing a P&L, coaching a supervisor or implementing systems that make the business better.
You probably have experience as a:
- Venue Manager
- Hospitality Manager
- Operations Manager
- Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up
- Duty Manager with strong commercial ability
- Multi-site hospitality leader
