The Role

JLL is looking for an events focused Concierge Supervisor to spearhead front-of-house operations at Atlassian’s Sydney office.
This isn't just about managing a desk, it's about curation. You will deign and execute premium / high-touch concierge services, memorable workplace experiences, and ensure the world’s best tech talent steps into an inspiring, seamless environment every single day.
What You’ll Own
The Experience: Curate unique, "magical" workplace activations and experiences that bring Atlassian’s vibrant culture to life.
Tech Leader Concierge: Act as the primary, premium interface for everyone from local engineering teams to visiting C-suite executives.
Operations & Tech: Manage day-to-day front-of-house logistics, coordinate vendors, and resolve workplace tickets using Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Continuous Improvement: Track client feedback, anticipate operational friction points, and use data to constantly elevate the workplace experience.
Who You Are
The Professional: You have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in premium hospitality, high-end event management, or experiential workplace services.
The Coordinator: You have a passion for activating spaces, running flawless logistics, and building a genuine sense of community.
The Tech-Savvy Communicator: You are fluent in digital workplace tools (or quick to learn them) and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The Problem Solver: Self-motivated, confident, and energetic. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt rapidly to change.
