About the Role
Agile Analytics is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, increase market awareness and support business growth.
Working closely with the leadership, business development and technical teams, the Marketing Specialist will research market opportunities, analyse customer and industry trends, develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, and support promotional activities for Agile Analytics’ Data & AI consulting services.
The role combines market research, marketing analysis, campaign coordination, content development and digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to engage target markets and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse market conditions, customer needs, competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities for Agile Analytics’ services.
- Identify and evaluate potential target markets and emerging opportunities within the Data, AI, cloud and technology consulting sectors.
- Analyse customer behaviour, engagement data and market trends to identify patterns, preferences and opportunities for improving marketing activities.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, objectives, policies and programs aligned with Agile Analytics’ business and growth objectives.
- Plan, develop and coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, website and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and marketing data and make recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for Agile Analytics’ existing and new consulting services.
- Develop and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials, including website content, blogs, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support the planning and promotion of industry events, webinars, conferences, workshops and other marketing activities.
- Maintain and update website and digital marketing channels to ensure accurate, relevant and engaging content and a consistent brand presence.
- Manage and support email marketing, customer communications and lead-nurturing activities to assist business development and pipeline growth.
- Provide marketing insights and recommendations to management regarding target markets, customer trends, promotional opportunities and campaign performance.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies or suppliers to coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging and presentation of Agile Analytics across marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain awareness of current and emerging trends in the technology, Data & AI and consulting markets and identify relevant marketing opportunities.
- Support business growth through the preparation and execution of marketing initiatives designed to promote Agile Analytics’ services and strengthen its position in target markets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field
- Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Experience conducting market research and analysing customer, market and campaign data.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and understand customer needs, preferences and trends.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and websites.
- Strong content creation and written communication skills.
- Experience developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business development, technical and leadership teams.
- A commercially minded and results-oriented approach to marketing.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and digital marketing platforms will be highly regarded.
- Experience in technology, professional services, consulting or B2B marketing will be highly regarded.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
