This isn't your typical social media job.
RESINC is looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team on the road, capturing the people, stories and moments behind everything we do.
While RESINC's core business is solar and batteries, a huge part of our brand is our social enterprise and community work - giving back to veterans, recognising remarkable Australians, supporting charities and community organisations, and working with creators and media personalities to amplify stories that matter.
You'll be there to capture it all.
From Community Heroes and Solar for Veterans, to creator collaborations, charity initiatives, major media shoots, commercial projects and events across Australia - no two weeks will look the same.

The Role
You'll travel to our key shoots around Australia, sometimes with the wider RESINC production team
While the main production crew captures the hero content, you'll focus on the social story happening around it - reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, quick interviews, personalities and spontaneous content that brings our brand to life.
You'll primarily shoot on your phone, then edit and publish fast, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
We need someone who naturally sees the moments worth capturing - and can turn them into content people actually want to watch.
What you'll do
· Travel to RESINC shoots, campaigns and activations across Australia
· Capture social-first video, stills and behind-the-scenes content
· Interview veterans, Community Heroes, customers, creators and community members
· Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and Shorts
· Create authentic content around our social enterprise and community initiatives
· Write captions, hooks and calls to action
· Publish and schedule content across RESINC's social channels
· Turn one filming day into multiple pieces of content
· Identify trends and new content opportunities
· Keep content and footage organised and ready to use
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who gets social content.
You'll be creative, confident with people and comfortable working quickly in constantly changing environments.
You'll need:
· Experience creating engaging social media content
· Strong smartphone filming and short-form editing skills
· A great understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
· Experience with Instagram Edits, CapCut, Adobe, Canva or similar
· Strong storytelling, copywriting and interviewing skills
· Confidence working independently and on location
· Excellent organisation and the ability to turn content around quickly
· A genuine willingness to travel extensively
· Current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
Your portfolio matters. We want to see examples of content you've personally filmed, edited or created.
Travel & Flexibility
This role involves significant national travel.
The anticipated rhythm will often be around one month predominantly travelling and filming, followed by one month predominantly working from home editing, publishing, planning and preparing for upcoming shoots.
This is not a fixed roster and will change depending on filming and campaign schedules.
There will be flights, road trips, hotels, regional locations, early starts and occasionally weekends.
For the right person, that's one of the best parts of the job.
