Flight Training Manager – (Fixed-Wing)
We are seeking a Flight Training Manager – Fixed-Wing to oversee the delivery of our fixed-wing programs and manage instructor and cadet performance. The role is based at our Parafield campus.
Skills and experience
All applicants are required to have General Aviation maintenance experience and be able to demonstrate/provide evidence of the following:
- Strong knowledge of CASA Part 61 and ASQA standards
- Experience in aviation training or education
- Skilled in staff management and compliance reporting
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Fixed-wing operational or training experience desirable
