We're a specialty coffee team in Fortitude Valley, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves coffee to grow with us. Not just someone who can pull a shot.

- You're curious about coffee and want to keep learning. you'll be trained directly by our professional trainer as part of the role.
- You want to be part of a team that's actively working to raise our coffee quality and shape our cafe culture together.
- You're interested in cupping and brewing, and you enjoy thinking through single origins with the people around you.
- You like tasting espresso, dialing in shots, and adjusting through the day to make sure every cup we serve is a good one.
A bit about the day-to-day:
- Comfortable with food handling and safety standards
- Happy to help manage milk and stock
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Warm, clear communicator with customers
- Enjoys a busy, fast-paced cafe environment
- Looking for a long-term role, not just a short stint
