We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Rostering Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Rostering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting workforce planning and roster administration across Bankstown Sports.
Working closely with leaders and employees across multiple departments, you'll help ensure our venues are appropriately staffed while balancing operational requirements, labour efficiencies and employee experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem-solving and is looking to develop a long-term career in administration, workforce planning or people operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the creation, maintenance and publication of rosters using Dayforce.
- Supporting workforce planning across multiple departments.
- Managing employee availability, shift changes and leave requests.
- Coordinating shift coverage for unplanned absences and operational requirements.
- Maintaining accurate scheduling, attendance and timesheet records.
- Supporting compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Club policies.
- Responding to roster-related enquiries from employees and leaders.
- Building strong working relationships across the business.
- Assisting with reporting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting workforce planning projects and operational priorities as required.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working behind the scenes to support operational success.
You may currently be working in hospitality, gaming, customer service, administration or another fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your skillset and develop your career in workforce planning and administration.
