Restaurant Supervisor – Bulli Beach Café
Full-Time Hours Available | Rotating Roster | Beachside Venue
Bulli Beach Café is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our busy front-of-house team.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident and hands-on, with strong experience working in a high-volume café and restaurant environment. This is a floor-based supervisory role suited to someone who enjoys being part of service, leading a team and keeping things running smoothly during busy periods.
About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with our management team to oversee day-to-day service and help maintain a consistently high standard across the venue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the FOH team during service
- Leading busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services
- Maintaining strong customer service standards
- Managing table flow and assisting with reservations
- Supporting staff training and development
- Ensuring opening, closing and daily procedures are completed correctly
- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and management teams
- Being hands-on across the floor and coffee service when required
About You
To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume café/restaurant environment and/or supervisory role
- Strong coffee knowledge and barista experience
- Previous experience supervising or leading a FOH team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to remain organised and calm during busy services
- A reliable, professional and positive approach to work
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings and weekends

Pay: $34.00 – $69.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
