Use insight into key client segments, buyers, sector trends, demand signals, competitor activity and firm strengths to identify and prioritise growth opportunities.
Analyse financial performance, forecasts, pipeline, conversion and account activity to surface gaps and opportunities, focus leadership attention and recommend actions.
Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, Client Insights, Brand and Operations to drive a coordinated approach to market, from demand generation to conversion.
Lead the Financial Services cadence, including annual planning, quarterly town halls and business reviews, monthly leadership team meetings and LCP connects, and weekly team meetings.
