The Role:
As one of our technicians, you'll be trusted to manage your own day and deliver outstanding workmanship across a variety of vehicles.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Windscreen replacements on passenger, commercial and fleet vehicles
- Stone chip repairs
- Remove and reseal work
- ADAS camera calibrations (experience preferred but training available)
- Mobile and workshop installations
- Providing professional customer service from arrival to completion
- Maintaining your company vehicle, tools and equipment to a high standard
Every day is different, and you'll have the support of an experienced office team that keeps your schedule organised so you can focus on what you do best.
About You
We're looking for someone who already has experience in the automotive glass industry.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Windscreen Technician
- Confidence fitting a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Strong knowledge of technical installation and removal procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- A current Australian driver's licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A positive attitude and professional approach with customers
