Build highly sought-after commercial and procurement experience while supporting the contracts and supply function of a large-scale gold mining operation. This 12-month parental leave cover is more than a traditional administration role. It offers hands-on exposure to contract management, procurement processes, tender administration and contractor compliance within a site-based commercial team.
Working alongside experienced Contracts Specialists, you'll gain valuable insight into how commercial outcomes are delivered in mining while developing skills that can create future opportunities across procurement, contracts, supply chain and broader commercial disciplines.
Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Superintendent Supply, you'll:
Mungari is a cornerstone asset in our portfolio, with a mine life to at least 2038. It’s operationally diverse, with opportunities to work on the surface or underground and a great team of people who care. Our recent expansion of the processing plant has more than doubled processing capacity from 2 million to 4.2 million tonnes per year. With open pit and processing all on one site, the operational diversity is ideal for uplifting careers.
This role is based on site at Mungari and is offered on a residential 5:2:4:3 roster. You'll enjoy working closely with operational stakeholders while gaining exposure to the commercial activities that support a growing mining operation.
