BIOSeptic is seeking a dependable Production Worker to join our concrete manufacturing team at our purpose-built factory in Smeaton Grange.
This is a casual position offering approximately 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Following an initial three-month period, there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent full-time position.

From our Smeaton Grange factory, we manufacture products used across residential, rural and commercial projects throughout Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working as part of our Production Team, you will assist in manufacturing high-quality precast concrete products.
Your duties may include:
- Assisting with concrete production
- Pouring and finishing concrete products
- Basic hand trowelling, with training provided
- Preparing moulds and production equipment
- General factory duties and housekeeping
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Working cooperatively as part of the Production Team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending scheduled shifts
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am
- Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on work
- Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Safety-conscious
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Interested in ongoing, long-term employment
Previous manufacturing experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Experience in construction, landscaping, labouring, warehousing, manufacturing or another physically active role would be beneficial but is not essential.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Approximately 38 hours per week, with overtime potentially available depending on operational requirements.
