About The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional and motivated Physiotherapists to join Monash Health in weekend and casual service capacity.
We are looking for experienced Grade 2 clinicians to join our large Physiotherapy team. Specifically, we are looking for clinicians with High Acuity experience in ICU, HDU or Respiratory wards to address our current staffing needs.
You will work collaboratively with inclusive and passionate Physiotherapy and Allied Health staff to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families/carers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful clinician to gain clinical experience across the continuum of care, including intensive care, acute surgical services, respiratory, general medicine, emergency, orthopaedics, neurology and gerontology in acute and subacute settings.

Passion for enhancing patient experiences and facilitation of person-centred care
Ability to work independently
An aptitude for on-going learning and personal professional development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A keen interest in evidence-based practice and clinical inquiry
Current practicing Physiotherapy AHPRA registration is a mandatory requirement for this role.
