Kraken Sourdough is an established sourdough bakery in Jeris Bay NSW, with a reputation for outstanding naturally fermented products. We are looking for a pastry chef with excellent skills in lamination and a love for viennoiserie. If you love working with quality ingredients and a passionate team then Kraken is the place for you. We have a full time role (with no shift work!) available in our diverse team.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
