Role Overview
Based in Ormeau, Taylex is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to bring their administration and customer service skills to a dynamic, forward-thinking business. The Customer Service Officer plays a key role in supporting our service and operations teams, ensuring customers and stakeholders receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Unlike a traditional call centre environment, this is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in administration, scheduling, contract management, stakeholder support and the coordination of service activities across the business, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
