Your new role:
As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for consumers experiencing crisis. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll support timely assessments, care planning and safe recovery-focused interventions while contributing to service excellence.
In this role you will:
Deliver high-quality mental health triage, assessment and therapeutic interventions in crisis settings.
Provide senior clinical leadership, supervision and support to clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
Collaborate with consumers, carers, emergency department staff and community partners to achieve positive recovery outcomes.
Lead and contribute to quality improvement, service development and evidence-based clinical practice.
About you:
You're an experienced Allied Health professional who thrives in fast-paced clinical environments and is passionate about delivering person-centred mental health care.
You'll bring:
Extensive experience providing mental health assessment, crisis intervention and recovery-oriented care.
Strong clinical judgement with the ability to prioritise complex presentations and make informed decisions independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
A commitment to clinical leadership, mentoring staff and driving continuous service improvement.
