Part-Time Guest Service Agent

At voco™ Melbourne Central, we create warm, memorable stays through genuine connections and thoughtful service. We’re looking for a Part-Time Guest Service Agent who can support valet parking operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering a friendly, seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Assisting guests with enquiries, requests, hotel amenities, hotel services and local recommendations
- Supporting valet parking operations, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Coordinating guest arrivals and departures with care and efficiency
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments to enhance guest experiences
- Handling guest concerns professionally and promptly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
- Confident driving ability with a full, unrestricted Australian driver license (required)
- Previous experience with Valet Parking is highly regarded
- Previous experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
