The Opportunity
We're looking for an inspiring retail leader to oversee a portfolio of Nude Lucy and Stylerunner stores.
As Area Manager, you'll lead, coach and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive commercial success across both brands. You'll create a culture where people thrive, stores perform and every customer interaction reflects the unique personality of each brand.
Working closely with Retail, VM, Planning and Support Office teams, you'll identify opportunities for growth, champion operational excellence and ensure every store consistently delivers on brand standards.
What You'll Do
Lead Great Teams
- Coach and develop Store Managers to achieve their full potential.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Recruit, develop and grow future leaders across your region.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Inspire teams to create genuine customer connections through styling, service and product knowledge.
- Foster a customer-first culture that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Bring each brand's unique experience to life in every store.
Drive Commercial Results
- Deliver sales, profitability and productivity across your region.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives and maximise results.
Champion Operational Excellence
- Ensure stores consistently deliver premium visual merchandising and presentation.
- Execute campaigns, launches and seasonal priorities with excellence.
- Maintain strong operational standards across compliance, stock, rostering and store processes.

- Experience leading multiple stores or regions.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
- A coaching leadership style that develops capable, engaged teams.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
- A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel within your region.
