ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and technically strong Statutory Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the Group's statutory reporting requirements, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across both Australia and our international markets. You'll take ownership of key reporting outcomes, accounting policies and internal controls while supporting the ongoing evolution of our finance processes and governance framework.
Working closely with senior leaders across Finance and the broader business, you'll manage all aspects of the external audit process, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementing findings and driving continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical accounting expertise, influence significant financial outcomes and engage directly with external auditors and the Audit Committee. If you are a natural problem solver who has a passion for complex financial reporting, then this could be your new role.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting or External Audit

CA or CPA qualified with a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance

Strong understanding of IFRS and technical accounting standards

Experience managing audits and complex financial reporting requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and influence others

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
