Office Administrator / Bookkeeper / Accounts

A construction subcontractor requires an Office Administrator with bookkeeping experience for a small office in Gladesville, NSW. A Casual Position is offered suitable for a person seeking flexible work in school hours close to home in a friendly office environment.
Seeking a proficient user of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Understanding of Reckon (QuickBooks) Accounting Software is preferred but not essential.
General Accounting and Administration duties including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. General office administration including credit applications, stationery orders, document filing and scanning to archives, assisting in maintaining a clean work place.
Project Administration duties including preparing weekly site forms packages, timesheets, site reports and pre-start forms and following up receipt of completed forms, maintaining project files.

Permanent casual rates and conditions apply. Hours of work are approximately 20-30 hours per week (negotiable).
