Position Summary
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator - Events, PR & Partnerships to join our Brand Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across some of the most visible areas of our marketing function. Working closely with our Events, PR and Partnerships specialists, you'll help bring brand campaigns, activations, media moments and strategic partnerships to life.
No two days will look the same. One day you might be coordinating logistics for a major brand event, the next supporting media gifting, managing partnership deliverables or helping prepare senior leaders for key industry events.

Key Responsibilities
Events & Activations
- Support the planning and delivery of brand events, activations and partnership launches.
- Maintain event timelines, project trackers and critical paths.
- Coordinate mobile retail assets, including The Drover, The Hut and pop-up experiences.
- Assist with event logistics, supplier coordination and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver structured pre and post-event reporting.
PR & Media
- Support media list management, sample tracking and gifting logistics.
- Assist with the coordination of press events, media previews and influencer visits.
- Maintain media coverage trackers and compile reporting.
- Support day-to-day PR administration and campaign activity.
Partnerships
- Assist with the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs.
- Coordinate partner deliverables and activation requirements.
- Support cross-brand marketing opportunities and collaborative campaigns.
- Help manage stakeholder engagement for key events and activations.
Planning & Coordination
- Maintain the events, PR and partnerships calendar and critical path.
- Support quarterly planning and reporting processes.
- Coordinate product, stock and merchandising requirements for events.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Retail, Merchandise Planning and Product Design to ensure seamless execution.
- Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to continually improve the way we deliver activations and partnerships.
About You
You'll be someone who loves organisation, enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You'll bring:
- 1-3 years' experience in marketing, events, PR, partnerships or a related field.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset and interest in understanding business outcomes.
- A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally when required.
