About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to analyse business requirements, identify technology
solutions, and support the delivery of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Prepare business and functional specifications.
- Review and improve business processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders, developers and project teams.
- Support testing, implementation and system enhancements.
- Develop process maps, workflow documentation and reports.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process analysis.
