We are currently seeking Hospitality Workers to fill two vacant positions within the team providing support services at Bethanie Geneff Aged Care Home located in Innaloo.
Both positions are offered on a Permanent part-time basis.
We are ideally looking for applicants who are happy to work across one or more of the following roles:
- Kitchen Hand
- Domestic Assistant
You will be available to work the following shift pattern.

About You
- Possess a passion for or previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand or Domestic Assistant, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
- Ensuring responsible work practices of food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals
- Following residents’ dysphagia, swallowing and modified diet plans.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy environment across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and facility spaces.
- Following infection control procedures and safe handling practices when cleaning resident areas.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of residents.
