POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to senior management, the Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of ST. ALi’s corporate office and supporting the smooth running of the business across customer experience, ecommerce, wholesale, and general administration functions. The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency, coordinate office processes, assist with staff and workflow management, and provide customer-facing support across a broad range of business functions and product categories.
This position includes regular interaction with retail, wholesale, and ecommerce customers, including responding to enquiries, resolving issues, coordinating order-related communication, and supporting customer service outcomes across most operational line items of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring efficient administrative and operational support across departments.
- Coordinate office procedures, workflows, and administrative systems to support business efficiency and service standards.
- Manage customer-facing enquiries across ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and general business operations, including responding to escalated customer concerns and coordinating resolutions with relevant teams.
- Support the processing and coordination of online and wholesale orders, ensuring accurate communication and timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, service providers, and contractors to support business continuity and operational requirements.
- Assist with staff coordination, onboarding, rostering support, task delegation, and general workflow supervision within administrative and customer support teams.
- Maintain office records, databases, filing systems, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and administrative financial tasks in coordination with the finance team.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, equipment procurement, and workplace supplies.
- Ensure workplace policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company standards, employment obligations, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS REQIURED
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
EXPERIENCE REQIURED
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally manage customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across customer service, ecommerce, retail, hospitality, or wholesale operations is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general administrative software platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
