We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide leadership and support to our Cardiology team. You will be employed on a fixed-term, full-time basis.
About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse you will provide leadership and support to our passionate team of clinicians. This role will involve day-to-day problem solving within the clinical setting and fostering a positive, friendly and supportive culture within our dedicated and professional nursing team. This is a direct leadership role and you will be mentoring and supporting the front-line team members within their roles.
In this role you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the department is safe, effective, and follows best practice.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Nurse with highly developed clinical and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to coordinate care, lead a team and provide expert advice in the area of speciality.
You will also demonstrate;

Minimum of 12 months post graduate experience in Cardiology

Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication skills

Previous experience as an in-charge Nurse will be highly regarded

Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem solving and organisational skills

Proven ability to coordinate patient care and shift lead

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $56.40 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife level 2 gr1)
