About the Role
As Director of Global Distribution, you will lead BON CHARGE’s global distribution across all regions. You will be accountable for the performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of our Distribution Centres (DCs), 3PL / 4PL partners worldwide.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and operate a resilient, low-cost, and high-performing supply chain that can sustain rapid growth while delivering premium service levels. You will own the end-to-end distribution network strategy, lead network analysis and optimization initiatives, partner closely with Procurement & Sourcing to lead RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution across logistics and customer service providers.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role. You will work cross-functionally with Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Technology, and Commercial teams, and be a key contributor to the S&OP process, ensuring distribution capabilities are fully aligned with demand, supply, and financial plans.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD office, with an expectation of being on-site five days per week to foster collaboration, leadership presence, and execution velocity.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all global Distribution Centres (DCs) and 3PL / 4PL partners worldwide
· Design, optimize, and continuously review the global distribution network through network analysis and scenario modelling
· Lead, together with Procurement and Sourcing, RFQs and negotiations for logistics, warehousing and transportation
· Own execution, governance, and lifecycle management of all Distribution contracts
· Ensure the supply chain can sustainably support growth while remaining cost-efficient
· Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks across all partners
· Put in place robust escalation, governance, and corrective action mechanisms for underperforming partners
· Act as a key leader and contributor within the end-to-end S&OP process
· Ensure distribution capacity, service levels, and customer service readiness are fully aligned with demand and supply plans
Key Requirements
· Relevant studies at Bachelor degree level or above
· 6+ years of experience in global distribution and logistics leadership roles.
· Proven experience managing 3PL / 4PL networks and global DC operations at scale
· Strong background in network design, RFQs, and commercial negotiations
· Demonstrated experience owning and managing complex contracts and SLAs
· Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and S&OP processes
· Proven experience in deploying global SAAS and project management
· Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, technology, and executive leadership
· Experience in eCommerce, consumer goods, or high-growth environments preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
· Manages time in order to meet deadlines
