You will coordinate operations, quality and compliance across all homes — working directly with Team Leaders, the Director and external stakeholders to keep services running well and standards high.
The majority of your time is internal — operations, documentation, compliance and quality. The rest involves referral coordination, SC relationships and stakeholder engagement.
This is not an administrative role. You will need to exercise judgment, follow things through without being chased, and be comfortable driving accountability in people you do not manage.
