About the opportunity
As the Senior Change Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in one of Australia Post's most significant Network Operations transformation investments. Embedded within the Adelaide Future Facility Program, you'll lead the workforce transition, readiness and adoption activities required to successfully implement a future-state operating model that will shape the future of our network.
Working closely with project leadership, Network Operations leaders, People & Culture and specialist business partners, you'll connect project delivery, workforce transition and operational readiness to ensure our people, leaders and teams are prepared to operate effectively in the future state. You'll be responsible for turning workforce impacts, behavioural outcomes and readiness requirements into practical, measurable activities that support successful implementation and sustainable adoption.
You’ll also
- Lead workforce transition, readiness and adoption activities to support the successful implementation of the Adelaide Future Facility operating model.
- Partner with Project Directors, Program Managers and operational leaders to integrate people readiness and transition activities into broader project delivery plans.
- Identify and manage workforce transition, readiness and adoption risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
- Coordinate workforce planning, readiness assessments, operational transition activities and go-live support.
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums and stakeholder engagement activities that drive alignment and implementation success.
- Monitor adoption, readiness and workforce transition outcomes, providing clear reporting and recommendations to program leadership.
Capture lessons learned and build scalable approaches to support future facility transformation programs across Australia Post.

You are a highly capable transformation professional with a track record of leading workforce transition, operational readiness and adoption activities within large-scale transformation programs. You thrive in complex and fast-moving environments, bringing a practical and delivery-focused approach to change while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You build credibility quickly with senior leaders, navigate ambiguity with confidence and excel at bringing diverse stakeholder groups together to achieve shared outcomes. Most importantly, you're passionate about helping people successfully transition into new ways of working and delivering meaningful business transformation.
You’ll also
- Bring significant experience leading workforce transition, readiness and adoption activities within large, complex transformation programs.
- Have experience working in operational, logistics, supply chain, automation, manufacturing, infrastructure or business transformation environments.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Have experience supporting major operational transitions, go-lives, stabilisation activities and the implementation of new operating models.
- Possess strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and their practical application in large-scale programs.
Be experienced in assessing workforce impacts, readiness risks and adoption challenges and translating them into actionable plans and outcomes.
