If you're looking for a uni job that's more than clocking in and stacking shelves, this is it.
As our Campus Operations Representative, you won't be tucked away in a back room. You're the first person a nervous new student meets, the calm voice a stressed parent talks to, and the reason the campus runs like clockwork. You'll open the doors, keep things ticking, and lock up at the end of the day knowing you made it happen, mostly on your own, trusted to own your space.
You're the face of the campus. Own it.
About Art of Smart Education
For 17 years, Art of Smart has helped students in Years K–12 answer one big question: "What am I going to do with my life when I finish school, and how do I get there?" We've supported over a million students so far and we're not slowing down. Join a team that's genuinely invested in helping young people find their path, while you figure out yours too.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Reception & Front of House
- Be the first point of contact (face-to-face, on the phone, and by email) for students, parents, and tutors
- Greet everyone who walks through the door and make the campus a place people want to be
- Answer the phone promptly and handle enquiries with professionalism (and personality)
Keeping the Campus Running
- Open and/or close the campus before and after operating hours
- Print class materials for tutors and get rooms ready for the day
- Keep the space clean, tidy, and stocked with what tutors and students need
- Manage bookings and scheduling for tutorials and classes
Behind the Scenes
- Run feedback calls with parents and students to check how things are going
- Handle data entry and keep our systems accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with the internal team and liaise with external partners, contractors, and suppliers
- Jump in wherever the campus needs support. No two shifts are exactly the same
Hours
- Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–7:30pm
- Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm & 1.00 - 5.00 pm (split shift)
- 10–15 hours per week, built to work around your uni timetable
What You Get
- Real ownership from day one, you genuinely run the show rather than just watching it happen
- A resume-building mix of customer service, operations, and people skills
- Room to grow as Art of Smart continues to expand
- Ongoing training and professional development
- A flexible, supportive team that gets that you're a student first
- A vibrant campus close to public transport

- Familiarity with the Australian education system
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems on the spot
- Organised, switched-on, and comfortable juggling a few things at once
- Confident with computers and quick to pick up new systems
- Completed schooling in Australia (this one's a must)
