About the Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating office administration and supporting the overall efficiency of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review office procedures, administrative systems and service standards to support efficient business operations.
- Organise the allocation of office staff, workspace, equipment and other resources according to operational requirements.
- Delegate administrative tasks, monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Maintain and oversee office records, accounts, filing systems and other administrative documentation.
- Liaise with management, professional advisers, suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate business activities and resolve administrative issues.
- Monitor office equipment, facilities and supplies, arranging maintenance, repairs and replenishment when required.
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant business policies and procedures.
- Assist with personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, performance management and staff supervision.
- Review office workflows and recommend improvements to administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and internal documentation for management as required.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management, Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative management role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
- The ability to work independently while effectively supporting management and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills.
